2 nd time around

Did the full 12 weeks last year, finished October having lost just under 28 pounds. This bought me down to 13 stone.

Over Christmas put a few pounds back so have decided to do the course of time again. This time objective being to only loose 1 stone, should hit my target then I will be really pleased.
