Hi targetten
As odd as it seems I always find some exercise gives me energy.
Plus making sure I'm keeping really well hydrated - water of course !
You may, of course, have a medical reason. Perhaps something like lack of iron. Worth having a chat to your doctor.

thanks! Actually now I think about it I'm probably not drinking enough water, started the couch 2 5k so I should up my intake really!
