Go for a walk to take your mind of the sweets or give them away so the temptation is removed.

Good luck with your week.

I am an absolute chocoholic, I crave it so badly. So I have bought some sugar free polos and I will try and stick to 6 a day (20 calories). I'm very new to this but I am hoping that by the time I have finished sucking on one, the chocolate craving will have gone down. There's a tub of Celebrations on my colleague's desk, right in my eye line, and I haven't touched it today.

Maybe try dark chocolate? It's not so high calorie and I find I can't each much of it (whereas I can eat any amount of milk chocolate!) one small piece a day might help the craving? And beware eating too many sugar free polos - can have an unpleasant side effect (rushing to the loo) for some people. I think it is the sugar substitute which has a laxative effect.

Hi, I allow myself a small sweet later in the evening as part of my calorie allowance - at the moment funsize Mars Bar (80 kcals each) and then follow it up with a fruit tea so I don't crave more. Works so far, but I'm only in my third week. Sweet grapes to nibble are good, too.
