Had my monthly appointment with the nurse this morning and her scales were showing a 4lbs loss which is good as far as I'm concerned their scales show a big difference to mine but its still a loss so I can breath for another month. lol Have a good day everyone x x -

So pleased to hear that the scales showed you had lost - brilliant. I think most scales weigh slightly differently so I wouldn't worry, the important thing is you lost and I really hope the nurse was encouraging and praising you for your efforts. Here's to another great week
