Lost 3lb in week one, hurrah! Doing the 5:2 diet but doing it on 4:3 basis with much more exercise and strength training.

Lost 0.8kg in first week, yippee. Dry start to January and calorie estimating, but still eating up leftover Xmas treats, so I am happy. (Find cal counting too onerous and also need to get back to more tennis sessions a week).
