Hi Lux2017,

Welcome to the Weight Loss NHS forum. The Monday group weigh-in happens on Mondays, and the morning post is posted on alternate weeks by myself and moreless - Moreless posted today, and she did a Morning thread, which was open till midday, and an Afternoon/Evening post, which is open till 18 00 on Friday 23rd December - for late weighers. The Fab 5'ers (a group of enthusiastic respondents) reply on Mondays - and we try to be there till midnight - the Morning thread is usually posted at approx 6.30am - usually a bit before.

So do join in if you'd like to. Have a look at the kind of things others write and then decide what you'd like to share - it's optional to share your weigh-in amount, but most people do so, and it's a non-judgemental and supportive place to weigh-in, and we do weekly stats to show progress - Anon-E-Mouse does those, and they are really great.

This post today is a special one as it's consolidating many threads about the Festive Season and considering this time of year and the challenges that abound, and how we're all trying to negotiate them and look towards another year of great weight losses. I hope you'll consider joining us!
