I lost 1.5lbs this week to get my badge. woo hoo!

It's so nice to see it there and that my weight loss seems to have actually started to move in the right direction !.. I would love to lose another 1.5lbs next week but if I stay the same I will be pleased as well.

My aim is 7lb a month... so next goal is to see a 1stone badge by the end of January. fingers crossed i can do it x
