Going Backwards!!

Well - after a brilliant first week, everything went downhill!! Over Christmas and the New Year, I've managed to gain 7lbs! To say I'm cheesed off with myself is an understatement. Anyway, back to it and hopefully getting back to normal eating habits should help somewhat.

Good luck

Xmas is a bit of a challenge but it's behind you now so focus on today and get back on the program. I put weight on too but I ate everything forbidden and now it's back to staying within calorie allowance and moving more. Good luck.

You're not on your own. 7 lbs here too but I'm seriously back on it now and have already lost 3 lbs of that gain. See my post today about weighing daily.

Don't worry we have all done this I am sure. You will return where you left off and go on your merry way, until Easter of course but then you do the same than after Christmas. You will return where you left off..... Which will be less weight than after Christmas anyway.

You will also find that you don't have as many cravings and you can organise you food in a much healthy way. You will be more in charge and confident and people will comment how good you look with envious twinkles in their eyes. This is what happened to me and I got through it so you will too. Good luck and remember you can do it.

I lost 4lb the week before Xmas to reach my target (mainly due to a week long illness with gastro enteritis ). I then promptly put it back on it one week over Xmas. Back on plan since 30th Decembrr and going for my weigh in tonight to see if I have managed to lose any of it 😨

Approaching Christmas was one of my fears. I love to cook n entertain you work so hard to remove those pounds, somehow I managed to not gain too much. I'm sure you will get yourself motivated and drop off what you enjoyed eating over Xmas. Good luck!

Have a good week with your diet this week, and see what you weigh on Monday. You might find you lose some of those pounds quite quickly as your body adjusts back to healthier eating :)

You have a whole year to recover, as long as you enjoyed Christmas why worry and don't beat your self up. I also gained 7 as of yet I haven't lost and but I will and I hope this year to get close to my target.

Good luck on your journey, keep the glass half full.
