C25k week 3....

Still motivated to change my lifestyle...

It's a strange run as you don't increase the length of time running across the half hour, just the length for the individual runs, those three minute runs are a challenge aren't they! Luckily I had Sarah millican by my side telling me to keep going and how well I was doing. It's that keeping me on the straight and narrow.

I'll need a medal after the 9 weeks πŸ˜ŽπŸŽ–πŸ…πŸ‘βœŒοΈ

Fantastic that you're enjoying the C25K Tracey. I think they'd give you a medal of Graduation in the C25K forum, so make sure you also join that forum, to make sure you get the medal when the time comes - and maybe join us in the Tortoise and Hare Running Club - which moreless posts in the Weight loss NHS forum (i.e. this forum).

Wishing you continued enjoyment running, and you're doing brilliantly!!! :-)

Well done you! I'm aspiring to do C25K when I've lost some weight (to save my arthritic knees!!) - probably after Xmas. It's amazing to think that by the time I start you'll be able to run 5k !!
