Started at 17st 10lbs, losing very slowly. But today, up a pound on last week...must have been my indoors week and the delicious Sunday roast? So today,15 stone 12lbs.

Hi don't worry I think some of us are struggling at the moment what with the dark nights so depressing. I have maintained 3 weeks out of 5 and am averaging about 1lb a week never going over my calories. It gets us down but together we can do this just got to get stronger and tougher.
You've done fantastic so far nearly 2 stone loss and I am sure you are feeling the benefit of it.
