β€’3 Replies

After putting a shocking weight gain of 7 lbs after my hols. I am trying to get back on track. This week I lost 3 lbs which ishould fine. I would love to lose a stone within a month to five weeks. I have my work night out and I would love to wear a nice dress. NOT a little black dress. Or should I say a big black dress. Here's hoping πŸ˜†

Hi why not join in the winter solstice challenge 7 weeks to go and you could pledge to loose that stone by Dec 22nd. A little motivational incentive. Then get yourself that something sparkly maybe? Good luck Bev
