i need to loose approx 2 stone, so i can fit back into my wardrobe.
any ideas/help/support would be fab.
had stressful year with serious illness in family, all ok now, but need to address my weight as piled it on

I also piled on the weight due to a combination of factors. Since joining this group, the excess is slowly ebbing away.
Recommend logging all you eat and and drink every day. Then make a date to join in the Monday morning weigh-ins - very encouraging! π
When life turns against you, our eatting habits suffer. I am glad that things have settled down now and that you are able to concentrae on you now. Read the welcome newby Pinned post and maybe join the winter solstice weigh in challenge or indeed any of the challenges. The NHS 12 week plan is well worth signing up to as well. Good luck. Xx
Hello and welcome to the forum. Have you looked at the pinned posts for newbies? They have lots of good tips. Many of us use the 12 week NHS challenge downloaded from their website. I personally like to use my fitness pal to count my calories. There is weigh in every Monday which I find quite motivating. Good luck π
