Hi, just want to say thanks for making me feel so welcome, so today is the start of my healthy eating, and just knowing I'm doing it make me feel better, I'm going to be weighing in every Monday, I'm writing everything I eat down, but I do think my overeating and eating the wrong foods is habit, theses are things I need to cut out, if I need to eat I will have fruit.
Well good luck to you all hope everyone has a good week.

hi again. hope day one is going well, I'm renewing my effort since, grand children all back at school now. I've emptied the goodie tin, allocated my other half a cupboard with an imaginary no entry sign and set myself a target that is realistic, guilty of setting the goal to high before, slow and steady wins the race. have you down loaded the nhs 12 week plan, that's really useful. have a great day.
It's great that you're planning to weigh-in every Monday. If you want to join us for the Monday group weigh-in, then please do - the link is in the Events section, and we're there all day and all evening too. Just an option to consider if you want to, you'd be very welcome.
The NHS 12 week plan is really helpful, so do check that out, and I know that people have already welcomed you and I would also like to say Welcome, and hope you have a wonderful week.
Hi Paula, I am sure you will be able to find healthy alternative treats that you still really love. Sometimes it's surprising as you give up 'conventional' treats you find other things become favourites!
Hi 24paula , really good idea to write down everything you're eating - as soon as I stop doing that I go off the rails and the pounds sneak on Like prawncess says steady and slow wins the race. Lots of friendly people on this forum - it's quite a special place.
