I made beetroot,carrot and apple smoothie today first time and I like it.But it was so dense to drink I didn't add any juice but water in it .It's really a healthy smoothie to to begin our day.

I have been known to blitz the left-over fruit salad from breakfast into a smoothie, but I tend to drink it all down and then still feel like something to eat so don't often use them as the calories all add up, especially if I eat cereal as well. Some people love them and will start the day with one everyday.
