I slipped off the wagon last night. Summer finally arrived, the kids go back to school today so we had a family BBQ and WINE!!! Arghh-I let my guard down and had crisps and bread too. Disappointed in myself. Back up onto that wagon this morning. The sun is shining so healthy brrakfast and out with the dog it is.... #Icandothis

I had a day like that last week but it was very nice !!! We all need a" slip off the wagon" day now and then Sure you will walk it off with your dog

A wheel fell off my wagon due to being on holiday. I have just reigned it back this week and am back where I was before I went away. You will be fine but the dog will be tired!! Xx
