There are certain weights we seem to stick at, and it is natural that you should be finding a level of eating where your weight stays the same constantly - otherwise we would all be forever starving or stuffing!

However, it that is not the weight you want to be, and this depends on your height and general sense of well-being, you should choose a target weight to aim for and go back to the beginning of your weight-loss program; start logging your food, weighing portions, planning meals in advance, looking to be as active as time allows.

Maybe change the exercise you currently do, and change a few meals... breakfast could be a high protein meal instead of fruit and cereal for example, lunch could be veg soup and yogurt instead of sandwich and fruit; just to stop your body getting too settled in its routine! Let us know how you get on?

Without knowing your build and height, this could be your new normal?

Otherwise check out plateau routines, over eat by about 200 cals for two days, which should kick start your weight loss again

Know the feeling. I've got stuck too. Changed my routine and it dropped a little bit - a very little bit. Found that the last time I got stuck I wasn't eating enough, I felt as though I had eaten enough but the calories just were not there.
