So end of my second week and I've lost 16lbs. I fitted into clothes I haven't fitted into in years. Another 30lbs to go but I feel like I've made a good start

Congratulations - you must have worked for such a good result, so very well done!

Not to be discouraging, but you might find that your weight loss slows down a bit as the weeks go by - don;t be put off by this, a loss is a loss, and it's all good. You could easily be at your target around New Year, or even Christmas.
