As you all know, I started this journey a few months ago and lost 14Kg already. Then went on a wonderful bike adventure with hubby that we called our boxofchocolates tour. And I can tell you, there was a lot of that as well as beautiful French pastries..Yummie!! Came back and forgot that my calorie intake and calorie out is not what it had been when we cycled 6hours a day. We sometimes had a lot of uphill walks pushing a fully laden tandem when the gradient got too much for the old legs (this is what we call Granpa Gear, when granny gear is not good enough anymore:))
Keep putting off starting (even avoided the scale), until last week when the pair of trousers that I was so proud of fitting into now, started to feel a little tight over the hips again. Wake-up call!!!!
So here goes... Wish me luck and endurance
