4:5 inches of a tummy sounds marvellous to me , well done however it's done :-)

I think you are reaping the benefits from previous weeks. Xx. Well done.

Have you been working out a lot? Maybe your body shape is changing although the scales do not show a loss. Maybe more muscle but less belly fat! Well done anyway 4.5 inches is a big reduction :)

Oh well maybe your body is just changing as you are changing your eating habits. Whatever you are doing it is obviously working. Maybe you will see a loss on the scales next time. :)

Who cares as long as you feel better, maybe your turning into Mr Muscle lost weight but it's turned into dense muscle. πŸ‘

Same happened to me although it wasn't as much :) Sometimes it just takes too long for your body weight to play catch-up. Could be you are not drinking enough water or a bit too eager with the salt shaker and its fluid retention.

Keep going! :D

Well then just need to be patient and keep on doing what you are doing. Please don't give up! :)
