cannot see any meal menus, do not know where to start

Hi Hieveeve66 and welcome to this very friendly forum 😀 I see your looking for menus etc but unfortunately (or fortunately 😆) this forum is mainly a fantastic place to gain advice and motivation. There is a recipe collection but no set menus etc.

Alot of people on here follow the nhs12wk plan and if you haven't already I would definitely recommend you download and have a good read. Following this plan has helped me loose nearly 2stone in 20wks. The plan is all about healthy eating, calorie counting and moving more (and other things).
