not happy at all put on 4lb just finding it very difficult :)

Hi Shaz1968,

So sorry to hear you've having a tough time, and that you put on 4 pounds this week.

Do you know what is the most difficult thing for you? Have you any ideas of changes you could make this week to make things better?

Chin up , you're not alone, it's a battle that you will win honest. We all have highs and lows ,believe me.tomorrows your new day ,can't change what's done.hope you feel more positive.

Hi shaz1968 😀 Sorry your not having a good time at the moment.

Have you done something different this wk? Have you been eating more or just making bad choices? I have found that if I don't eat a filling breakfast I snack on silly things for the rest of the day. Have another look at your calorie allowance? Are you logging all your food and drink? The little things like a smear of butter or extra biccie soon adds up. Revisit the plan to get a fresh perspective. Trying to think of ways we can help. Maybe you've turned fat to muscle (which weighs more) ?!?!

If none if the above applies just ignore. But I wish you all the best. Tomorrow's another day. You put the weight on gradually and it takes time to remove it. This might just be your body protesting😆

Hi shaz1968 , I'm sorry you're not happy. I totally get it, I get really upset when I don't loose like I want to. But this is a journey a some weeks we loose, some maintain, some we put on. Try not to get too disheartened. Maybe this is just a blip. If you find the same next week maybe check the basics; are you within your calories range? Are you eating too many/too few? Are you moving as much as you you could be? If the answer to any is no then just change it up. Please don't worry, weight loss is difficult, if only it was as hard to put it on, for me at least ;-) Here's to a better week next week :-)

I know it's a pain, it seems I've gained 2lbs in 3 weeks, going away and over eating!

Happy scale gives you an average based on your daily weight, it's kinder than the weekly weigh in, truer I'd say.

Check where you've gone wrong, try and fix things, sometimes the gains do happen.
