It might be an idea to think about why it didn't work for you this week so you can avoid similar situations, or if they can't be avoided, think about some coping strategies.
Why not join Lowcal's re-boot challenge, Frofphee? Maybe being with others at the same place as you, will keep you on track
I totally agree with moreless I joined in Zest reboot challenge and I stared again.

Also try and think why you are eating wrong stuff. Is it emotional eating and if so than do a hobby. Just like MW50 said.
For now cut out sugar!
