Just found out I've got lunch and eve meal out today. Have managed to sort out aprox calories for curry but it's pub grub lunch and I've checked menu and can only find  "keep it under 500 calorie advice " have counted up 1100 already with b'fast and the curry. Been trying to stick to 1200-1300 a day. Should I just cut back tomorrow? I know that I should just go out and enjoy but need someone to tell me it's OK to have a day when things/plans go to pot!

It's OK to have a day where you let loose a little .... but not too much 😊 be mindful of the hidden calories, alcohol and nibbles! You can make up for the calories over the next couple of days. Have a lovely day and enjoy x

I agree you could cut back a bit tomorrow. I'm having a pub lunch out today and hope to be able to estimate the calories, plus I had a lighter breakfast and will have just a light supper. Remember to avoid any bread rolls, etc and be mindful of all the little extras that add up BUT enjoy yourself too and don't feel deprived just healthy!

Half a pound's not so bad in the bigger picture. Hope you had a nice day 😄
