Hi Teresa_Lyle. That's a shame for you. I guess sometimes life takes over and we are not able to stick to the plan. But I am sure you will get back on track and those extra pounds will drop off in no time

Don't let it put you off. Just go forward afresh from today, and if you've not yet seen it, do have a look at the NHS 12 week plan, as it's really helpful.

Don't worry, it is kind of difficult at the beginning and once you get into the swing of things, it is much easier!
Make sure you are eating enough to help with any cravings, I remember that being a problem for me in the early weeks when I thought I had to stick to 1400 but it was pointed out to me that I could have more than that at my weight and height. Since then, I haven't looked back!
