Unfortunately only you can do this. Perhaps look at why you get the take aways? Are you busy? Are you walking past when you are very hungry? Are you lacking confidence in the kitchen? Finding answers might help solve the issue. Fizzy drinks are a bit different, sugar free ones are an easy swap, but it is worth the effort of weaning yourself off long term.

My advice is take one day at a time and make small eating changes to begin with.
Try to move around a bit more at home .. Maybe a bit of walking on the spot during TV commercials ?
That will help with weight loss and once you lose 1 pound it will give you motivation to continue !
