It's true what they say

Two sayings that ring true for me anyway, what about the rest of you?

1. Takes far longer and hard to take the excess weight off than it did to put it on.

2. The area's you don't want to go down in size are the first to go, while the area's you want to shrink stay.

From my waist down please hurry up and go haha.

They definitely apply to me! My belly doesn't want to go as much as my boobs do! :o

The only time I have any kind of a bust is when I am way over weight!

It leaves my bust and strangely my cheeks when I start to lose weight but my double chin, tummy, bum and legs hang on as long as they can!!

Grrrrrr!!!

Too true :-)

Know exactly what you mean, most of my extra weight is round my tummy which is the worst place to have it health-wise 😟 I have a little elastic extender button on my jeans as if I wore ones that buttoned up comfortably round my middle theyd be huge everywhere else!

Sometimes we can't see the good changes, we are so locked into hating those bad bits. I will always be grateful to the friend who trapped me in the changing booth with the slim legged jeans and made me put them on and then come out of the booth to look at the mirror with her. As she said, "your big hipped and giant thigh days are done!" And she was right (that time!). But it was in my head that little voice saying "Aren't your thighs huge? They're even larger than your hips, and they're not small." I even know whose voice it is too. But I forgive them!

Loved the feeling of putting my favourite jeans on to find they where to big, my wardrobe has clothes that I can now fit into (oct 15 way to small) while others my tummy stops them from fastening or feel comfy on. But working on that.
