Today was half good. I agree with your idea to share my pledge so here goes...tomorrow I will take a walk - even if it is short one - and I pledge that I will not eat my feelings - that I will stop before putting anything into my mouth and ask myself why I am eating I also pledge that I will respond to others posts because your post to me just made me feel like I am not alone doing this.
