Losing 2 stone

I am 4ft11inches and I weight 108lbs, I would like to get down to 79lbs by June/July, how many calories would I aim for, is this possible (starting start of March) I struggle getting under 1000 calories but I can if its the only way

I think you should seek medical advice at your height and weight you are currently in the ideal weight range and 79lbs would make you underweight.

Maybe the nurse at the doctors could weigh you and measure you accurately and give you specific advice.

Agree with lot to lose, I am one inch shorter than you and my healthy weight range is 90lb - 120lb, so 79 would be significantly underweight for you. Also to go under 1000 calories every day could harm your metabolism and actually work against keeping excess weight off. If you're concerned about your weight I would check with your doctor before dieting ☀️

It is difficult to believe that you have to lose weight for bmi or waist /hip ratio reasons. You seem to be a healthy weight already.
