Each week I've decided to write down two things i'm going to try and practice in the last section of things to try to help you achieve healthy habits each week. Then add on as I go along each week to ensure I'm truly making a change instead of just finishing each week and moving on without cultivating those good habits.
Down 4.6lbs since November when stress and emotions Got the best of me and I went down 1.4lb this week. Also I'm just over Halfway through 30 day shred.
Hopefully the stress and emotions are back under control for you. Going forward if you have really good habits I am sure handling stressful and emotional situations must have less of an impact.
Sounds like a great idea to me. I read a piece recently that said if you write things down in a plan, you are far more likely to stick to them, so it all helps in changing habits.
