This is the photo that started my journey, was just wondering if other people had a specific moment or thing that prompted their weight loss. Photo was taken September 2014.

The Photo That Started It All
Yes I have 1 of me sat down and my body looked like it was gonna swollow my children almost lol I'm now 4 stone lighter and can keep up with my kids
Oh yes, I've had too many 'moments' to mention, and most of the evidence is on Facebook!
Mine was I didnt want to be fat and fifty, I said the same about forty, and managed to get to 12.5 stone, from 17, but in the next 10 years I never reached those dizzy heights but was around 15st here healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh.........
At the beginning of 2013 I was about 14.5 stone by sep 2013 I was around 11stone 2014 I was late 10's but this year I have been early 11's but have concentrated on toning, I NEVER WANT TO BE THAT FAT PERSON AGAIN!
When the nurse weighed me and I tipped 14 stone
I refused to be weighed for 4 years. Not exactly proud of myself.
Have some health issues to address. Tests being done left right and centre. Had to see a dietician then somehow I was doing this. It will be 3 months next Thursday. See the dietician again next Friday.
Yes, a few photos were a deciding factor. Also for me it was being physically uncomfortable. Cholesterol up and doctor wanting me to see a nutritionist. Instead I went on the NHS website and never looked back.
Mine was just over a year ago when I was struggling to get my second foot through the knicker hole! Fat belly plus fat thighs ment I couldn't reach! Had to lean on the bed post and stretch to reach. This year I have gone from 20st 7 down to 14st 2 and I'm in size 14 clothes for the first time since 2003!!!!!!
Well done for posting this. It inspired me to put my photo on. Definitely my trigger to lose weight.
how do you post a photo into a conversation??? I have a picture from 4 years ago on holiday which should have had 'all inclusive' tattooed across it - absolutely disgusted with myself and that was the catalyst for change; particularly after 20+ years in the Army, I piled on nearly 5 stone in weight, when I got out and decided to have a 'gap year'.... 4 stone lighter now and nearly back to best, 1 more to go!!!
Well done on a fab weight loss I don't think you can post a photo into a reply, just a new post. Please do though - I like seeing all these before/during/after pics - very inspirational ! (And I might even risk a photo of my own !)
Despite my pleas no one has come forward with the before and after photo for the weekly weigh in monday are you up for it? In your new slim jeans?
