I've been trying to lose weight for a few months now, and when I'm getting really good and healthy I let it slip and eat junk. I'm too embarrased to seek professional help as I'm still quite young. Any motivational tips?

Are there any emotional, or physical triggers that make you slip off the wagon, eg boredom, loneliness, seeing your peers eat unhealthy food, hunger etc.
Sometimes, if we can highlight our weak points, we can take steps to avoid those situations, or find new ways to deal with them.
Coming onto this site and reading the posts is also a great motivational tool. Sort of group therapy
