So I'm female age 52 at 5' 3" tall and my starting weight is 16 st 7.75lbs.
Even at the top end of a healthy weight for height I should be no more than 10 St 1lb so I have a long way to go. Initially I'll settle for aiming to be 15 St 13lb so that in my own mind I'm 15 St something rather than 16 St something
