I'm happy to say that I didn't gain anything! I still the same as last week!! I've been really bad for 2 week my 6-7 week! This week I'll try hard to get back in track! My goal for this week: more exercise, soup almost all evenings and loose 0,8kg! My starting weight today 75,9 kg! 85cm in the waist! Wish me luck!! 😜
