I have managed 6 times in two weeks.ni can do 35 Mings on cross train nut walking on th treadmill is slow and hurts my feet. I hop it gets better.

It really does get easier. I was in tears after my first couple of visits.

Here's what worked for me.

-Only do the things you like and change machines when you get bored.

-Check out the mats for stretching and the weights machines. You can burn a lot of calories that way.

-Borrow books about what to do in the gym from the library

-Try new things constantly: classes, music, make up your own circuits and routines, go at different times of day
