It's life, Gym

Just joined my local gym, membership starts 1st Nov. Induction is tomorrow and I have a one day pass so I can play on the equipment. I started the NHS 12 week plan on 1st October, so the first of each month is becoming the start of a new regime. Now need to think of something new to start on 1st Dec!

Hi Jane_Ski,

I hope you enjoy your Gym Induction tomorrow, and it's great to hear you've got a one day pass to play on the equipment. Great idea to start a new regime on the 1st of each month - wonder what you'll start for 1st December! :-)

Have a lovely week.

Lowcal :-)

Well done 👏🏻👏🏻 I've been going to our local gym for a whole month now and really love it! It also includes swimming and fitness classes for me, so I've been doing a couple of swimming sessions each week (1/2 a mile each) and I've been to a dance class (but TBH it's not a patch on the one I've been going to!!) Next on my to do list is spinning ... I'm going for that induction on Monday 😉

Keep up the good work!!

Good luck
