It's all going in the right direction...keep at it slowly but surely!
Hi 1artist, that's great progress. The weight is going down so don't knock it. Introducing exercise does help, but it depends how you fit it in and what sort of exercise you do. Even doing more walking is a good start, then there's couch to 5k, or perhaps you can find local classes, and meet other people trying to achieve the same thing. The main thing is to find something you'll enjoy, so you're motivated to keep it up. Good luck

Hi 1artist, you doing really well the weight maybe coming off slowly but the slower the weight loss the more chance you have at succeeding keeping it off. Walking is a great way to exercise and can be built up over a period of time. If your not used to exercise then start off slowly and find the exercise that suits you, but try and explore different exercises to keep your journey interesting.

Sounds a good weight loss to me. If you stared at 18 stone then perhaps not but I think you are doing really well. If you exercise more then don't starve yourself as you will need to fuel your body for it.
