First day

Had a good day thanks for all the great post today. Working now and I've got a lunch box with salad and salmon in it still no choccy.

Sounds a good start. I think I help the salmon farmers stay in business now I eat so much of it. All types of fish are now on my diet. Discovered things like sea bream, delicious, fresh cooked mackerel is a revelation, only had it in a tin with tomato sauce previously.

Fish and chicken now my staples with the odd steak as a treat. I used to love belly pork and even though I am not too worried about da in my diet, belly pork is a step too far apart from the odd meal out when you only get a small portion anyway.

Keep it up and good luck. When you get the cravings for bad food just say NO. there really is no other way. I get a serious urge every time I walk past a chip shop and have a little battle with myself. Up to now I have won 99.99 %'of the time.
