Just been shopping

I have got.. Salad carrots batons hummus dip, cooked salmon and a mug shot. No chocolate that's a first had to walk 2 miles to get there and back, so all good

Sounds a very nice shopping bag...... except the mug shot, yuck. Hehehe. Have you tried the hummous with garlic? Really nice, go easy though if your counting calories, 'tis easy to get carried away. 😊

I don't often do a big weekly shop anymore. I walk into the local town and buy products a few times a week....gives me nearly 4000 steps on my Fitbit that I wouldn't get from driving and I can only carry a certain amount back so I keep foods light and healthy.
