Hi Littlelady & welcome to the forum
Good luck - what's your plan to lose weight ? Are you going to try the NHS plan ? I'm into week 5 now and have lost 12lbs already - so it works, with some determination and planning (and lots of willpower ).
You'll finds lots of ideas on here, lots of support and various things to help spur you along - weekly weigh in threads, motivational ideas such as 'Strength September', recipe ideas - all posted by forum members.
Have fun
Hi little lady- you and me sound the same. Im doing this for my mobility and that is my motivation. I really don't want to be skinny, if I could have my perfect body id be Gemma Collins - shes so beautiful, or Diana Dors..wow...
Sadly, my joints dont want to carry my "voluptuous curves "
Good luck xp
Hi Littlelady. I get joint stiffness and pain and the combination of increasing activity and eating more healthy is certainly helping me. Yes, 12 week plan is a great way to go, I'm on week 7 and enjoying being more in control of my eating. Good luck to you!
Hi sorry I haven't replied to any posts but I have ended up on the sick from work and as you can imagine I get lonely. I have not stuck to the plan but once new year done and dusted I will be making a plan and making another start only this time I going to have it all organised with making recipes that are available and doing some research cause if I can be a 40 a day smoker for 24 years and give it up I can and will lose weight.
