Super thrilled:) In the 3rd week of quitting sugar and have lost 2kg! Its been tough and my husband and kids must think I am crazy!...but the results are good and I am sticking to it:)

Bring on some more weight loss!

Well done. There was a brilliant programme on radio 4 at 6:30 today about sugar. I can't remember what the programme was called but it was very funny and very educational.

All about how an English scientist did a study proving that sugar was a major factor in the recurring of arteries to the heart, at the same time an American scientist used flawed research to prove that it was all down to fat and so the Americans went for a low fat diet and replaced t he fat in food with sugar, and as everyone knows where America goes we quickly follow!

yep all of that witch you are saying is noted in the books I bought. A bit of a conspiracy theory...but it makes sense non the less.

Not so much a conspiracy theory as really bad science!

Congratulations on kicking the sugar habit, it took me several goes. There are definite health benefits apart from the weight loss.
