Morning.few weeks ago I did a heavy zumba class then some swimming and think did dame, pains round side
Neck etc, ended up going GP who says it seems muscular!! Its a little better but still there but Im planning going back gym today (weights going back on) but I will not overdo it! Yours sound similat
Cos mine was round shoulder also n down side...😭
That's taking the no pain no gain to the extreme! Hope you feel better soon, don't give up, I used to use it as an excuse to sit on my backside! No more!
Are you making sure you do stretches before and after exercising? Good stretching might help in future. But when you suddenly start to use new muscles they do complain! Try to get a balance that works better next time, you don't want to risk an injury...
I'm being careful got a bad shoulder anyway just got a habit of zoning out x
