This is my second week back from holiday and have gone totally off PLAN !!
WHY ?
It's been impossible to get up early in the morning for my gym session or my walk.........
And I've only had the cheek to start on the vino on a Tuesday!!π·π·π·π·π·π·π·π·π·π·π·π·π·π·π·π·π·π·π·π·π·π·π·π·
(normally don't drink in the week)
I'm getting somewhat fed up with myself and that's not a good thing......... π
Any ideas my NHS buddies ???? Oh and cheers....Lol πΏ

Cheers ! But I'm afraid I can't set you a good example this week cuz Im currently on holiday , first day in and consumed a full english, lunchtime crab, an afternoon icecream, fish and chips and a whole bottle of wine !!
I will be bemoaning this fact in a week's time no doubt!
Here's to the realities of life ! Lol. I have not been oh holiday but really struggling, sometimes it is easier to just go with it and get it out your system when you are ready you will get back on track.
I take it one meal at a time at the moment and no pressure.
Why not change gym times and one glass wine with one of soda ( I know !!)
At end of day do not be hard on self you will be back on track in no time enjoy the ride.
Oh dear, post holiday blues? It's so difficult getting back to reality and the same old same old. I'm sure it wont be too long before you're back on track. Just remember how much you enjoyed your holiday, and think, was that partly due to the fact you had been following a healthy eating plan before you went and as a result felt fitter and slimmer? Maybe that's an incentive to get back on plan...just a thought.
