Maybe what you are gaining are muscle weight. But you are loosing fat. Don't relied on the scale. But you should noticed the difference in your clothes : if they are becoming loose on you then you are on the right track. Good luck. And don't weigh yourselves every day. Take care.

Hey if u are eating rice no problem but find out which variety of rice ur eating ? By Ayurveda view when we cook rice should not become sticky means

grains should be separate

Hi Lami

I go to the gym or swimming most days and I am always hungry afterwards. I take breakfast to the gym and eat it after the workout or swim.

I think you should work out what suits you but this is what I do.

I lived in west Africa for 15 years so I also think that rice - fish - veg meals are delicious, they keep me full for a very long time and I would eat this every day if I had the choice.

To lose weight I changed to wholegrain rice and I now cook without oil - but I do add a bit at the end. As well as rice I prepare barley, millet or yam. Instead of fish I sometimes eat beans, lentils, tofu, or dried bean skins. I use the same spices I have always used but it still it took a couple of weeks to get used to the changes.

Big breakfast, tiny lunch, small delicious supper.

Have a good week. ☺️

ps Lami sorry, I just read your other posts and realised that you are not actually trying to lose weight. Ouch . 😁Basically I agree with edithharrison, what you are eating sounds delicious.
