Well I tried a 7 week 7 kilo run up to the summer holidays but after the first couple of weeks I can't seem to shift. I need to do more aerobic exercise but difficult after a day on my feet at school, sounds like an excuse. I used to love running but my knees hurt on pavement.
Anyway, anyone in the Harrogate area looking for a diet buddy to do a bit of slowish running on the Stray early morning (around 7ish?). I could do 20-30 minutes and I think it would make a huge difference.
