Better than a gain, right? And probably more sustainable than a crash diet. Don't put yourself down, you've done fantastically so far.

It's a great result. I'd be thrilled with that six weeks in but would be also really pleased with less. For a long term weight loss program 1-1.5 lbs a week is supposed to be bang on.

The real deal is the next six weeks!!. Love the cat..have a good week

It hasn't even been a month and you've lost nearly 9lbs. That's pretty good Gollibooboo so just keep on with it. Do you think this year has gone fast? I do and it will be Christmas before we know it and you should be another 2 stone lighter if you want and that it will be losing just 1lbs a week. Not bad at all! :)
