So far I lost 6kg (13.2lbs) but I cannot see this. I took a pic when I started and I did same today and compare them ... I DON'T SEE ANY PROGRESS T_T this is so disappointing
do I do something wrong ? or when you already overweight 6kg is nothing :/

I've lost a stone and feel the same as you but my clothes aren't as tight, so there must be a difference. No one has even noticed though! The thing is if I had carried on as I was doing I would probably be a stone heavier. It's not just what I look I like but the feeling of self control that I do have most of the time. When I do binge my body craves healthy foods so I must be doing something right. Don't give up as breaking bad habits is not easy. Keep in touch!
Your weight loss certainly isn't nothing.
I think the main issue is whether you FEEL different. I can't imagine that you could eat healthily and lose nearly a stone and feel the same as you did at the start. Do you have more energy? Are you more positive? Do you feel better than you did?
You may also see small changes - I noticed that my skin stopped looking pasty and that my nail growth was healthier.
You and others will see a difference in a few weeks. Even my teenage son has told me that I look slimmer and that my posture is better - I am only a stone ahead of you in weight loss. It will come... be patient and keep doing what you're doing
Your so right it takes a while I had lost just over 2 st before I started getting comments from people out siders as you might say. Also a lot of friends etc only very few noticed for the first stone I'm on 3 st 4lbs lost now in 16 weeks but I get wonderful comments all the time now it makes it all worth it plus feeling brill in yourself so they say it takes 2 stone to come off before people notice and that's so true hang on in there we must all be doing something right. Good luck for next weigh in. Liz
Wow - amazing result Liz! Well done - you must be really pleased
It is true, I do feel bit different and I heard one or two comments about me loosing some weight. I measure myself too and I lost few inches. But today I came across some other ppls progress pics and this girl body looked so much different after loosing one stone I was shocked. And when I compare mine I felt disappointment
I didn't break, just felt sad.
Probably bring my moan here just to get some support or advice :>
Check your waist measurements as this is factor in determining weight loss. Others will also notice after a while. 13lbs is great so keep it up what ever you are doing!
Good luck!
Do you measure yourself?
I have lost a stone now and lost 3 inches off my hips. I don't look much different, but feel better and a lot more energetic .
Try picking up a bag of potatoes and carry it around for a while. I have found in the past that people don't notice or at least say any thing until I had lost far more than a stone.
Would you want them to notice and tell you when you gain.
The way I look at it is If no one told you were putting on weight and now no one is telling you you are losing, its down to you and the way you feel. Losing 6kg is fantastic news. Did you notice you putting that 6kg on, probably not. Did you put 6kg on in 1 month, probably not. Don't go beating yourself up. Its a fantastic start to losing the weight you would have put on over several months, possibly years. It will probably take less time to take off the weight than it did to put on the weight. The important fact is you have lost 6kg. Keep at it, you can lose more.
You will begin to notice the slackness in your clothes.
Don't be downhearted. You will soon begin to see little changes in yourself like a slimmer face and arms, then, all of a sudden, you'll notice that your shape is changing.
Keep it up and we'll all continue the journey together.😊
