I lost 2lbs this week...which I was surprised at considering I had three separate end-of-year parties to go to.
But onwards and upwards, and I determined to keep this up for the next week. Although I will be tempted to eat a little chocolate because I'm giving up chocolate for June.

I completed my 12 week programme on Monday -loss in the 12 weeks 20 lb although eating healthily I did have my chocolate treats.So pleased that I am managing to do it this time on my own -have been to weight watchers,slimming world etc but always fell by the wayside.Hubby is supporting me this time and we cook everything from scratch-mainly calorie counted weight watcher recipes-and I find the most important thing is to weigh everything and write everything eaten down.Still have a very long way to go but am determined this time.Enjoy your chocolate as long as you count it into your calorie count you'll be fine.
