Hi there. Glad to hear that it's working for you. I was giving it a shot up until about a week ago to try and up my protein (I'm vegetarian) but it was giving me awful headaches so although the weight was coming off I've given up. If you've got any advice that would be great. What do you have for breakfast? Apart from the headaches the sight of another egg was just too much lol.
I don't eat breakfast very often if I do I have a boils egg with one slice of brown bread I started my journey June 2014. I weighed 21st I am ashamed to add mitt I went to weigh watchers for a while lost 2 St I am down to 18st I had my 60th birthday last year I have mobility problems very bad so the quicker I can loose weight the better still have a very long way to go I wish you luck email me if you feel you need support
Hi Yorkie 12 I have been doing it for over 3months and its working well even though my health issues at present have limited my mobility,it took me about 6 weeks to go truly low carb and high fat.lost over 2st 7Ilbs still away to go .,but the most benefits comes from not feeling hungry (so different from how I felt trying other diets and the calorie counting ).my breakfast is greek yogurt and fruit.there are lots of recipe links on pinterest and info on how good or bad they are,If it helps the lowest carb bread you get is sold in some sainsburys its called HI-LO which I use it stays fresh for 2 weeks in the fridge.
