So my mum very kindly bought me an Easter egg and after being quite good all Easter yesterday was a disaster eating biscuits and everything. So when I got back to my house knowing that today I was going to get back on the wagon.....I ate the whole egg so I wouldn't have to have it around me today lol
Bad right?

Long as you are back on track im sure it wont set you back too much, we all have indulgances i had two small easter eggs last week and it didnt do me any harm, life and food is to be enjoyed as long as you remember to make healthy choices most of the time the odd treat wont do you any harm, and at least there is no more temptation to stop you getting back on track
I usually tend to do that, if you eat it then its out the way LOL. My son bought me a huge Cadbury egg with 5 cream filled ones too with it. I have to confess I ate 2 cream eggs and just broke small piece of the egg but allowed it in calorie count. Know I shouldn't but will be giving remainder to my grandchildren-they'll burn it off quicker than me!
Haha I love this! I chose the option to eat half of mine and have the rest spread out later in the week, but it's literally all I have been able to think about at work this afternoon! So I think your way is so much better!! I'm undecided whether to just go for it or be good and throw it away/force my boyfriend to eat it... Oh decisions! 😫🌸
