Hi there, since the start of my journey 11 weeks back I have found support from some really wonderful people on this forum who offer support and encouragement throughout and it has been a tremendous help. I love reading other post too. This is a great place to start your journey with others who are sharing the same experiences. I have found I get more and more motivated every single week and find myself doing new things every single week. As you get into a routine you will find your journey will get easier as the weeks pass and the weight will come off. I wake up motivated each and every day and I always plan in advance what I am going to eat throughout the day and add this to myfitnesspal which I have started using in wk 10. It is a really great app and comes highly recommended on this forum. So good luck on your journey and keep us posted.

Welcome and well done for starting. I am in my third week of the 12 week plan! Hoping to lose 2 stone and have so far lost 4 pounds. I am using this plan along with MyFitnessPal which is great for counting calories and keeping me on track. No more bits of paper which get lost. Good luck for your first week.
